Aspen Pilates LLC ("Aspen Pilates," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.aspenpilateslosalamos.com (the "Site") and the Aspen Pilates mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App"). Together, the Site and the App are the "Services." The App is published on our behalf by ForgeWrap Holdings LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Services. By using the Site or the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide when booking or purchasing
If you book a class or session through the Site or the App, we collect the information needed to complete your booking, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the class, session, or package you selected. Booking is provided through Acuity Scheduling, a service of Squarespace.
If you pay online, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (Squarespace Payments / Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number on our systems; we receive only confirmation of your payment and the last four digits of your card.
2.2 Information collected automatically on the Site
This website collects personal information to power our site analytics, including: information about your browser, network, and device; web pages you visited prior to coming to this website; and your IP address. This information may also include details about your use of this website, including clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps. We provide this information to Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity.
2.3 Information collected automatically in the App
When you use the App, we may automatically collect device information (device type, operating system version, and a device identifier), and basic usage and diagnostic information such as crash reports and which features you use. This helps us keep the App working properly and improve it. The App does not access your device's camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.
2.4 Communications
If you contact us by email, phone, or through a form on the Services, we collect the information you choose to provide so we can respond to you.
2.5 What we do not collect
We do not collect health or medical records through the Services, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Any information about your fitness goals or physical condition that you share with your instructor in person is not collected through the Site or the App.

schedule, confirm, change, and remind you of your classes and sessions;
process payments for classes, sessions, and packages;
respond to your questions and requests;
operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the App;

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
Service providers: with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, booking, and payment processing), who may use your information only to perform those services for us;
Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights and safety of Aspen Pilates, our clients, or others;
Business transfers: if Aspen Pilates is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; and

5. Data Retention
We keep your booking and contact information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing aspenpilates@outlook.com; we will delete it unless we are required to keep it by law.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at aspenpilates@outlook.com and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights and Choices

You can also delete the App from your device at any time, and you may withdraw consent for analytics on the Site through your browser settings.
